Using skills, qualifications and experience, Steph can provide a range of  services including Home Economist, Cookery School Tutor, Recipe Developing & Testing. Product Reviews and Cookery Demonstrations.

Over the years Steph has developed a great understanding and skills to specialise in Gluten Free Recipe Development, as such is a very proud Freelance Gluten Free Home Economist and Cookery Demonstrator for Dr. Schar UK and Glutafin.

Glutafin,  Schar UK, Isabel’s Cuisine, Grasp, Arla Foods,  Karro Food Group, Tesco.

I have also worked as a Home Economist with some of the UK’s largest brands through my freelance  work with one of the UK’s leading FMCG  Category Management Business Development Company.

I offer small group or 1:1 creative Pasta workshops, creative Pastry or creative Bread making. This includes hen and stag parties, Ladies and Gents who lunch, but want to do something a little bit different. 

You are also very welcome to join me in one or more of my bread making at the weekend sessions at Harrington School of Food in Bakewell, Derbyshire, as well as my Gluten Free baking and Creative baking at Seasoned Cookery School, Catton Hall, Derbyshire.
