If you are not a fan of large group cookery or baking experiences and would prefer to learn in a small group, I can offer Small Group  (between 4 -6) Bespoke Baking and General Cookery Days. These are mostly groups of friends or colleagues and are held held at your home or chosen venue. For larger group bookings I can hold these at bespoke venues I can use around Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire or Leicestershire.

Courses include:

Pasta Making. Imagine a Creative pasta making session. On this course you will learn how to make beautiful hand made pasta using traditional methods and authentic flours. Pasta made ranges from a basic egg pasta for dishes such tagliatelle or ravioli, to natural coloured pasta using beetroot, spinach, cocoa, elderberry and such like. This is a course that I am very proud to be able to teach,

Essential Bread Making- This course covers the fundamental skills  needed to produce beautiful home made bread. You will make a White or Wholemeal Seeded Tin Loaf, A Focaccia and a Fabulous Sticky Ring of Chelsea Buns. I’m also happy to include bakes of your choice, facilities and timing allowing

Essential Gluten Free Baking- This course covers general skills needed to create a range of Gluten-free Baked Goods. Learn how to blend your own flours as well as off the shelf blends to produce light and fluffy Bread, Short Crust Pastry, Scones or Biscuits. This course is useful for people setting up coffee shops or deli’s wishing to expand their food offerings.

General fundamental cookery days, teaching a mixture of a hot main meal dish, such as curry or lasagne, a bread and a dessert. These courses are tailored to suite your requirements and tastes in food.

Following each course there is an option to include a social media session, this gives you hints and tips on how to enhance your food photography prior to posting on Instagram and such like. This will be a hands on session open to data enabled smart phone uses.

Course duration is mostly 3-4 hours and start from £30 pp ( minimum number apply)
